Take meeting notes without signing in
Open the tab, type the meeting name, and start before the host says “let's begin.” No account screen. No loading a cloud sync. One clean writing surface that saves everything in your browser.
Open before the call starts
The editor loads in under a second. No login flow, no template selection, no welcome wizard. Open the tab, name it for the meeting, and start typing when the call begins.
One tab per meeting
Press Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + N to open a new note and name it with the date and meeting name. All previous meeting notes stay in the sidebar, searchable and intact.
Auto-saved as you type
Every line is saved within half a second. If the call drops, the browser crashes, or the laptop dies, your notes are exactly where you left them when you reopen.
Reading time to estimate summary length
The live reading-time estimate helps when you are drafting an email summary after the call. Know when your summary is getting too long before you send it.
Copy and paste into email
Copy all text with one click. Paste directly into your email client, Slack, or project management tool. No formatting junk carried over — pure plain text.
Download for the record
Save any meeting note as a .txt file for archiving. Use the note title as the filename — e.g., "2025-04-19 Product sync.txt".
A simple meeting notes workflow
Before the call: open a new tab and name it YYYY-MM-DD Meeting name. During the call: type action items, decisions, and open questions. After the call: copy the note and paste it into your team's shared tool (Notion, Linear, Confluence), or download it as a .txt file for your records.
Persistent across sessions
Previous meeting notes stay in the sidebar indefinitely — until you delete them or clear your browser data. Scroll back and reference last week's action items without opening a separate file.
Works on your phone too
Taking notes on your phone during a walking meeting or a commute call? The mobile layout keeps the writing surface full-screen and the bottom bar within thumb reach. Auto-save means no lost notes if you get a call mid-meeting.
